How it Works The MLSCN e-certificate generation platform is available for participants of MLSCN organized activities to generate their certificates at their convenience. This platform is open for Education Workshop participants. To generate your certificate, select the applicable event, provide ANY of your details (MLSCN Registration Number, Email address, and or Phone Number) as was provided on the Registration form. Only when entered details match records in the register will a certificate of participation be generated and available for download. Should you have any challenges in this process, you will get a message similar to this "Oops! Couldn't download your certificate? Please send a mail to education@mlscn.gov.ng with your Full name (Surname first), phone number, email, and evidence of payment and check back in 24hours.
